1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and php63.cam (the "Platform," "php63," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the php63 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, content, and functionality offered through the website https://php63.cam and any related mobile applications or services.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

php63 services are exclusively available to residents of the Republic of the Philippines who are physically located within Philippine territory at the time of account registration and gameplay. Users attempting to access the Platform from outside the Philippines, including through the use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other location-masking technologies, are strictly prohibited from using our services and will have their accounts suspended or terminated.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. You represent that you are not under any legal disability, guardianship, or restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement or participating in online gaming activities.

2.4 Identity Verification

php63 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time, including during account registration, before processing withdrawal requests, or when suspicious activity is detected. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete identification documents upon request, which may include government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, postal ID, or other valid government ID), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by php63 may result in account suspension and forfeiture of account balance.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access php63 gaming services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information as required by the registration form. Each person is permitted only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts, using false information, or registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all account funds.

3.2 Account Credentials

Upon registration, you will create login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to immediately notify php63 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. php63 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information to maintain its accuracy. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information may result in account suspension or termination. php63 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Payment Methods

php63 accepts deposits through various payment methods including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet, and other electronic payment systems approved by php63. All payment methods must be registered in your own name and must correspond to the name on your php63 account. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Limits

php63 implements responsible gaming measures including optional deposit limits that you may set through your account settings. Once established, deposit limits take effect immediately for increases and after a cooling-off period for decreases. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on php63 are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, your financial institution may apply currency conversion fees and exchange rates over which php63 has no control.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification requirements and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. php63 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests.

5.2 Processing Times

php63 strives to process withdrawal requests promptly. Typical processing times are 15-45 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) and up to 24 hours for bank transfers, subject to completion of verification requirements. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, for large withdrawals requiring additional verification, or when additional security checks are deemed necessary.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary based on your VIP tier status. php63 reserves the right to impose additional withdrawal restrictions or to split large withdrawals into multiple installments for security and fraud prevention purposes.

5.4 Fees

php63 does not charge fees for standard withdrawal requests. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or other fees over which php63 has no control. You are responsible for all such third-party fees.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

php63 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and other requirements that are communicated at the time of the bonus offer. You agree to review and comply with all applicable bonus terms before claiming any promotional offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered (typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount and/or deposit amount) before withdrawal restrictions are lifted. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements as specified in the bonus terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

php63 reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and account balances if bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, collusion with other players, or any other activity that php63 determines in its sole discretion to be abusive or fraudulent.

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

All players must engage in fair play and are prohibited from using any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, automated gameplay tools (bots), or other unfair advantage. php63 employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect irregular play patterns and reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, suspend accounts pending investigation, and void bets or winnings resulting from unfair play.

7.2 Game Rules

7.3 Technical Issues

In the event of technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects game outcomes or bet placement, php63 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. php63 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the php63 platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, text, designs, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property, is owned by php63 or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, republish, download, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission from php63.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts registered in another person's name
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to disguise your location or identity
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping or other forms of cheating
• Using automated tools, bots, or software to play games or place bets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or php63 staff
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the Platform
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and potential legal action.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 php63's Right to Suspend or Terminate

php63 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide verification documents, abuse of bonuses or promotions, irregular gameplay patterns, or at our sole discretion if we determine that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to php63 or other users.

10.2 Self-Exclusion

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, php63 offers self-exclusion options allowing you to voluntarily restrict access to your account for a specified period. During self-exclusion, you will be unable to login, deposit, or play. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked. php63 will process withdrawal of any remaining legitimate account balance (subject to completion of verification and exclusion of any funds determined to be the result of fraudulent activity or Terms violations). All bonus funds, pending bonuses, and loyalty points will be forfeited upon account closure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, php63, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (iii) any content obtained from the Platform; (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (v) any other matter relating to the Platform.

php63's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to php63 in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 5,000), whichever is less.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Internal Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of php63 services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting php63 customer support. We are committed to working with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines for resolution of any disputes.

12.3 PAGCOR Regulatory Oversight

As a platform operating under PA GOR regulatory oversight, php63 is subject to oversight by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. In the event that you are dissatisfied with php63's resolution of a dispute, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with their complaint procedures.

13. Changes to Terms

php63 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Material changes will be communicated to users via email notification or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of php63 services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your account.

14. Responsible Gaming

php63 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. 15. Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and php63 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

15.3 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. php63's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without php63's prior written consent. php63 may freely assign or transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without restriction or notification.
